Admissions
The admissions process at CCA begins with the completion of an application by interested parents. The Administrator will confirm the availability of classroom space. He then compares the direction of the family and student with the mission of CCA. When appropriate, the school office then contacts the parents to arrange for an interview with the administration.

The interview time is intended to confirm the family's compatibility with that of CCA. It is a time for families to become more acquainted with the school and to have specific questions answered. A school tour will also be given. Each student that enters CCA is tested by the classroom teacher to evaluate their academic abilities. The administrator and teacher will then decide whether the school is able to support the spiritual direction of the family and the educational needs of the child.

Another detail of admission includes the completion of health and immunization forms by each family. Health records are checked annually by the State of Colorado and are an important part of the record keeping performed by the office each year. Kindergartners are required to have a physical before they begin school. A copy of the physical form is to be turned into the office.

Re-enrollment:
Families with children in good standing are invited to re-enroll each year in February. These families submit a re-enrollment form along with the appropriate re-enrollment fee. An Enrollment Agreement is then prepared by CCA and sent to the family. The family will complete the Enrollment Agreement and submit it to CCA within a prescribed time period. An enrollment fee must accompany that Enrollment Agreement. This fee is non-refundable.

There may be an occasion when the Administration determines it is best to deny re-enrollment to a student. Denial of re-enrollment will be based on a child's inappropriate behavior, academic deficiency, or the family's spiritual or philosophical incompatibility with CCA. The goal is always to determine what is best for the child. In the event that the Administration and teacher feel a probationary period is necessary, the conditions of such probation will be communicated to the child's parent.

Withdrawal Procedure:
Families not completing the full school year must complete a withdrawal form from the school office. Parents then contact the Administrators office for a final settlement of the tuition account. Grades will not be released to the parent(s) or to the receiving school until all financial obligations have been met and the withdrawal form has been returned to the office.

Board of Directors:
The Board of Directors (School Board) is comprised of four to nine people who are born-again Christians and regularly attend their local church that stands on the authority of the Bible as Truth and the Lordship of Christ. They are individuals of prayer who offer their time and talent as they serve God at Centennial Christian Academy. Board members understand the distinct philosophy of Christian school education and commit their time to refining this ministry for CCA Families. Stability is sought as the board is charged with developing long-range plans, maintaining policy, and funding the school. In addition to overseeing the provision of a quality academic program that is Biblically integrated, the Board of Directors seeks to establish a positive image of CCA through communication and association with the community.

Parent Teacher Organization (PTO):
The purpose of the PTO is to effect a service organization for the school. The PTO fosters a positive working relationship among students, teachers, parents, and administration which promotes, honors and submits to the ministry of Jesus Christ. Throughout the year the PTO sponsors fundraisers. The money raised is used to improve student and faculty quality of life on campus. Examples might include; playground equipment, classroom improvements, playground equipment, etc. Please look through your students Friday Folder for fundraisers and planned meetings.
